1. Returns

We only accept returns in case of:

Wrong item delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Claims without proof (images/video) may not be accepted

3. Exchange

Exchange is available for defective or incorrect items only
Subject to product availability

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available
Amount will be refunded via bank transfer or original payment method
Refund process may take 5–7 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed products
Items damaged by the customer
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by us only in case of our mistake (wrong or defective item)
Otherwise, customer may bear the shipping cost
