1. Returns

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Claims without proof (images/video) may not be accepted

3. Exchange

  • Exchange is available for defective or incorrect items only
  • Subject to product availability

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available
  • Amount will be refunded via bank transfer or original payment method
  • Refund process may take 5–7 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only in case of our mistake (wrong or defective item)
  • Otherwise, customer may bear the shipping cost
