1. Returns
We only accept returns in case of:
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Claims without proof (images/video) may not be accepted
3. Exchange
- Exchange is available for defective or incorrect items only
- Subject to product availability
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available
- Amount will be refunded via bank transfer or original payment method
- Refund process may take 5–7 working days
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by us only in case of our mistake (wrong or defective item)
- Otherwise, customer may bear the shipping cost
